I Survived a Year In Cali

Today is the official one year anniversary of Jim and I moving here.  On this day, in 2008, we should actually have been in Scottsdale for 1 more night.  However…it was hotter than hell and we said, “Screw this, let’s pack up the car and head to the coast for cooler weather.”  And we did.

Looking back, we’ve made the most of it, wouldn’t you say?

So, in honor of our 1 year anniversary, we are taking a vacation this weekend.  In honor of not having money, we are taking our vacation, at our house and just driving around the greater LA, OC and San Diego areas to see sites we haven’t seen and to return to a few favorites we have.

I’ll kick off my vacation tonight with a concert in Orange…one of my favorite places in Orange County.

  2. You know I just looked for one and I’m having a hard time. Most of our pics together are out of town. On vacations we feel more compelled to have someone photograph us together. I’ll keep looking.
